		<description>A lot of people seem to blame this on the agriculture industry, but there's blame to be put on consumers also. A lot of the fertilizer runoff that creates dead zones is from average homeowners using it on their lawns. Also there is a load of high-phosphorous products on the market right now, like Electrasol.

Basically there are a lot of things the average consumer can do to help.</description>
